APM Services, LLC is Hiring a Plumbing Technician Near Lauderhill, FL

We are currently seeking a full-time “Plumbing Technician” in Lauderhill, FL. This position is available immediately.

The ideal candidate must possess at least 2 years’ experience as a technician in the multifamily industry. In addition:

  • Responsibilities:
  • • Troubleshoot and perform all necessary plumbing repairs to the apartment community.
  • Operate a Mechanical Snake
  • Install Hot Water Heaters
  • Sweat cooper lines in tight areas
  • Install toilets
  • Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
  • Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 year of related experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
  • Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • A valid drivers license is required.
